Soften the belly

I recently noticed that i hold a lot of anxiety/tension in my stomach. It’s like I’m flexing my stomach all the time and this causes a lot of unneeded tension in my body, so I have been reminding myself every 30 min or so, to let go and take deep breaths from the belly and I have been feeling a lot better, I’m not as anxious or tense.

Can anyone relate to this, what do you do?

  • well i could relate to that…:D for the past few weeks I have been under a lot of pressure due to some school stuff. The funny feeling in my stomach is always present. What do I do? I also take deep breaths and then I try to organize things I have to do in my mind, arranging them from the most important to the least. Kinda weird but it works for me..:D
