I started a class today in advertising at UCLA extension, pretty interesting stuff.
If I want to do well, which for me isn’t the grade, but my effort, I need to sit in the front, introduce myself to the teacher and ask questions. When I sit in front it’s hard to get distracted by others, my phone, drawing etc.
When I introduce myself this establishes a relationship, so he or she knows who I am.
When I ask questions this helps me to understand what the fuck I’m studying. It will also show to the teacher that I care about the class. Most teachers care more about that, then what you actually get on a test.
What do you do, to do well in school?
Much Love,
Mike Walzman
